An one-day masterclass to support the design process. While ethnographic data, quantitative data, and analytics provide insights into what people do and how, only well run ethnographic research can reveal why people behave as they do. Understanding why is fundamental to have an impact on product, design, brand, strategy, policy and communications.

The event is led by Studio D Founder, Jan Chipchase and draws on building the global insights practice and research operations across eight globally distributed design studios, working inside large multinational corporations and as a nimble consultancy.
